The pause that refreshes!
Experience a deep healing, an enlighten journey and Yoga bliss! Slow down and rejuvenate. Restorative Yoga uses props to support your body to hold poses longer and comfortably. As you relax, a deep healing can take place. Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to rejuvenate and balance the brain, helping you to enter into a deep restful yogic sleep, achieving optimum health.

Be kind to yourself, take care of yourself. Nurture yourself, you deserve it!

Experience the pause that refreshes!

In your Yoga Nidra Session as you lay on the mat, I will guide you through the 61 points of relaxation. As we go from point to point, your body will release even more sinking into the mat.

Followed by a journey hand picked by you. In the journey, you may touch the divine within yourself! 

 As we go through the journey you review your "sankalpa", intention or resolve for the day's session.

 The sankalpa, is a seed thought, your heart's felt desire.

 For the sankalpa to succeed, certain conditions have to be met.

 It is like the planting of a seed. It has to be planted in fertile soil, cared for daily and having the inner certainty that this seed in time will grow and bear fruit.

 Your sankalpa can be used to remove blockages or "samscaras". It can help to reduce, fear, tension, stress, mental restrictions and physical limitations.

 It can awaken the will power within you, your hidden potential, your true nature, your heart's felt desire!

 Yoga Nidra is also called "scientific sleep", dynamic sleep", psychic sleep".

 Your soul may come to rest within the space of your spiritual heart.

 You may also develop "witness attitude". Time may become non-existent. As you go deeper into your consciousness, you withdraw from your senses, only the sense of hearing may remain.

 Most people do not get a good night's rest. Chronic sleep deprivation can cause chronic degenerative diseases.

The Restorative Yoga props used are bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillow or small hand towel.

 Please wear comfortable clothes for your session.
