Splendors of Ikebana 2010
Hawaii's top ikebana artists and students throughout Oahu will present "Splendors of Ikebana 2010: Ikebana - Traditional to Modern," a spring exhibition of colorful floral arrangements in all shapes and sizes. Visitors will see more than 50 floral arrangements that feature a variety of exotic materials. Both traditional and contemporary ikebana-arranging techniques will be showcased in the exhibit. The exhibit is presented by Ikebana International Honolulu Chapter 56, Mayor's Office of Culture and the Arts and Hawaii Tourism Authority.

Viscera I - Advanced Biodynamics Craniosacral - March 24-28
This five-day seminar is open to all medical and healing professionals or students to enhance, deepen and access the health of the viscera. The organ systems are presented in the order of embryological development and formational patterns of the viscera (soft organs in the thoracic and abdominal cavities). Mindfulness, and a safe environment for client healing and reducing hyperarousal in the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) through soft palpation of the viscera are included.
