About Ginny
Ginny Walden is a breast cancer victor and one of 5 CHI-LEL Masters in the West. Her lineage is pure: she learned from Master Luke Chan, who learned from Grandmaster Dr. Pang Ming, National Treasure of China, and founder of CHI-LEL. Since 1998 Ginny has taught over 4000 students internationally.
Ginny specializes in working with those with cancer. Her newly published book Cancer Gone! My $100,000 Haircut: A Memoir recounts her experience with cancer and the risks of treatment. She explores answers to questions such as what is healing? and what is illness?. She formatted her book to help those with cancer to make clear decisions concerning their healing.
Ginny says:
“I have found that healing cancer is no different than reaching for a glass of water. The natural law is the same. Where the intention goes the energy flows.”
Individual Sessions, Workshops, Seminars, Retreats and Skype Video Call Sessions are available. See www.blueskyhealingarts.com for schedules.
About CHI-LEL™ Medical Qigong
CHI-LEL , or chi therapy, (called zhineng or intelligence qigong in China) is considered a very efficient practice because the Mind leads the Body, rather then Body leading the Mind, such as meditation qigong which emphasizes breathing. A forerunner of Mind/Body medicine, CHI-LEL harnesses the Mind with visualizations and commands, rhythmic easy movements that open all 72,000 meridians and unified group intention to heal chronic illness as well as reach optimum fitness. CHI-LEL is the national qigong in China today and is practiced in all the schools and by all the Olympic teams..
The basic premise of CHI-LEL is simple: move the qi (chi).
“When qi is moving, all illnesses disappear now!” – Master Luke Chan
Ginny says:
“Illness is like a frozen river. The life qi is still moving, but sluggishly, trying to keep the body alive. Practice of CHI-LEL for only 20 minutes daily speeds up the flow of qi throughout the body with visualizations, affirmations and easy movements to break up the “ice” or the stuck areas of energy that create illness”.
The largest “medicineless” hospital in China
In 1987 the Chinese government ordered all families to release their qigong secrets of healing to research which qigong would be best for the country’s health care problems. Dr. Pang Ming is a physician of Chinese and Western medicine and the founder of CHI-LEL. He saw his opportunity to create the largest “medicineless” hospital in China. He travelled across China and visited 19 Grandmasters looking for answers to his four questions:
1. How can we help someone who has one day to live?
2. How can we help someone who is paralyzed?
3. How can we help someone born blind or deaf?(DNA condition)
4. How can we help someone who cannot take instructions? (baby)
Dr. Pang gleaned his information and movements from many forms of qigong and created CHI-LEL. (There are over 5000 forms of qigong, a 7000 year old art) At his ‘medicineless’ Center north of Beijing, 10,000 students lived together and practiced CHI-LEL daily, learning the Art of Self-Healing , healing “incurable” illnesses with group intention. At the end of the 10 years of research Dr. Pang had scientifically documented 130,000 “incurable” students’ testimonials. The results showed a 95% effective rate of healing for over 180 chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart, cancers, severe depression, paralysis and arthritis. In 1997 the Chinese government named Dr. Pang a National Treasure and chose CHI-LEL ( Zhineng) as the national medical qigong.
Ginny says “The key to healing is “Change the Thought and Keep it Changed.”.
To do this you need a method like CHI-LEL that harnesses the Mind."
CHI-LEL is simple and easy to do.
Even someone who is paralyzed can practice and enjoy the benefits
of CHI-LEL.. The student can watch the DVD and imagine doing the movements in the Mind and reprogram the body to remember to move again!.
CHI-LEL practice requires the 100 Day Gong to reroute the neuron paths in the brain, the old habits and thoughts that have blocked qi over time. The effects begin on the first day. Students often report feeling happy and a sense of peace and wellbeing. Since CHI-LEL augments the natural healing process of the body, health is a natural result for those who practice daily.
A Private Session or Retreat may include experiencing the healing power of nature through a Shamanic Journey that includes the internal journey practices of qigong along with the conscious use of sound, drumming, chanting, or even laughing, A Private Session includes an in depth consultation to explore the client’s emotional state and roots of illness.
Work with Ginny and learn this simple and effective form of qigong and she will inspire you with healing stories from her own and her students’ experiences. You will learn how to love your self, to love your life and how to achieve complete healing.

Master Luke Chan recommends Ginny Walden
"We are very proud to promote Ginny as our Senior Instructor. Ginny has shown the true spirit of CHI-LEL -- love and compassion to others and to herself. Through her journey to health and happiness (see article http://www.chilel-qigong.com/new04-2001/congratulations_to_ginny_walden.htm), Ginny began to love herself as a chi-being and then turned that love to encompass all chi-beings.
For Ginny, chi-beings include not only humans for whom she has touched thousands of lives but also dolphins in the sea and birds in the blue sky.
She is a playful kid at the age of 52 and her enthusiasm is contagious. Her pure love for all chi-beings gives us a glimpse of her inner self that, indeed, she has been blessed with the realization that we are all one. Life and death is only a transformation of energy and as long as we are on this earth, we have the opportunity to learn and practice to love all chi-beings.
I feel fortunate to be a part of Ginny's journey and I am greatly honored to be able to have her as our Senior Instructor."
